María Christina Cajiao María Christina Cajiao is the managing partner and co-founder of Speak Legal, LLC, and handles a wide range of international legal matters for clients based around the globe. Ms. Cajiao has represented U.S.A. clients with interests in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Mexico and Latin America. Having successfully served international clients for decades, she is familiar with the nuances of doing business outside of the U.S.A., representing U.S.A. companies doing business overseas and helping international companies doing business in the U.S.A. Ms. Cajiao earned her Juris Doctor in Civil Law (J.D.) in 1985 from Saint Bonaventure University, in Colombia. An A.A.C.S. in 1993 from Gwinnett Tech in Atlanta and a in 2003 a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with concentration in International and Transactional Law from Emory University in Atlanta. In her early career, Ms. Cajiao began working in the insurance industry in1986, and specializes in all lines of property work including personal and commercial lines, property damage, liability analysis, and subrogation claims. Ms. Cajiao is member of the American Bar Association and Georgia Insurance Adjusters.

Maribel Jimenez Brito Maribel Jimenez is a founding partner of Global Link, and chairs its Corporate/Business Law, Foreign Investment, In-bond Industry, Real Estate and Immigration practices. Ms. Jimenez received her Master's Degree in Corporate Law from the University of San Diego in 2011, and graduated magna cum laude from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California School of Law in 2006. In 2002, she worked in the Federal Tax Court for two years, where she had the opportunity to participate in all stages of administrative proceedings. She was also invited by one of the judges to assist him in the drafting of rulings and resolutions. In 2004 she commenced her private practice while working as the right hand of a well-known litigator in Mexico. She focused in civil litigation and assisted in designing legal strategies for specific litigation cases. Most of the cases she dealt with were related to a multinational natural gas company and other U.S. clients. After graduating from Law School in 2006, she started working as an associate attorney in a very prestigious corporate law firm in Mexico. Most of the clients she dealt with were from the U.S., Japan, China and Spain; with her practice mainly focusing in counseling U.S. companies that would like to do business and operate in Mexico. Jorge Jimenez As co-founder of Global Link, he brings more than 35 years of international business experience, spanning from sophisticated radar surveillance systems in the offshore drilling rigs on the Golf of Mexico, bi-national microwave communication links, automation and robotics projects for manufacturing processes to the installation and operation of multinational manufacturing concerns. Mr. Jimenez, has been a pioneer in promoting, attracting and managing high-tech manufacturing foreign investment, in such diverse fields as toys, consumer electronics, automotive, medical devices, plastics, industrial components, etc. He has participated directly in the design, negotiation and installation of over 150 automation projects for the in-bond manufacturing sector and successfully installed and set manufacturing procedures for more than 20 manufacturing plants. His entrepreneurship accomplishments, include the co-founding of 5 different companies in the areas of electronics, consumer products , industrial automation and marketing. Aside from heading Global Link's Business Development and Operations Group, he is currently developing a unique technological platform for the marketing of B to B and B to C commerce.
